Manage Your Videos and Players

Depending on the amount of content on your sites, you may have dozens, even hundreds of interactive videos. Each video many be associated with one or more customized video players, and you may have any number of customized players. That’s a lot of information to keep track of.

In our video administration section you’ll find all the tools you need to easily managing these valuable assets. You can see your videos and the players they are associated with. You can change video names, assign videos to different players, edit them to add interactivity, view metrics, such as the length of the video, the number of times it’s been watched, and how many times a hotspot was clicked.

Similarly, for any player, you can see at a glance which videos are associated with it, edit the player’s appearance, assign a new video to it, obtain the code (sometimes called a “tag”) that you need to embed the player in your site, and so forth. You only need to embed the code once in your website, even if you update the player or its associated videos. Any future changes to the player or the videos associated with that player will be updated automatically.
