I don’t have a way of compressing my videos.

We are providing a link to a very affordable option for converting your videos to FLV format (Flash Video). We tried a company called iSkysoft. They have a very affordable tool that allows you to compress almost any video to FLV. Once you’ve converted your video on your desktop, you can upload it to us.

I don’t have a way to make thumbnails that are 54 x 54

We have provided several for you for situations like this. The thumbnail is important, but the text next to it is probably more important. It should take a graphic artist about 15 to 30 minutes to create several of them for you. But once again, check the free ones we are providing, they might work for you.

How many video players am I allowed to have?

As long as they are for your website the answer is as many as you’d like with the multi-player account. This is not designed for resellers, it’s for you to use on your own website. Resellers need to sign up for our reseller program where you will be given a special account number and earn a commission for each account your either set up for someone or direct them to sign up using your reseller number.

How many video players can I have on one page?

You can have one mini player and one big player on a page at a time, but not two mini players or two big players. An example of using a big and mini would be the big player is for your videos, and the mini is in the upper right corner for advertising. The two mini players won’t work together on the same page, and you are better off focusing the visitor’s attention on the content of one player as opposed to having two.

Can I put the video players in a blog?

You need to check to make sure the blog software you are using is compatible with the code we provide for the player. One format in particular that we use so we know it works is Blogger.com, and the best part of this is it’s a free program. You just paste the player code in your blog and the video works great, with all the links connecting viewers to where you want them to go. If you are doing an email campaign, you would include the actual link to your website where the player is located. Most people are wary of emails where they have to download things; you are better off providing a link.

What happens to the code if I change my video or my links?

The code never changes, unless you create a new player. If you change any of the customizable features of a video player or you change links in a video assigned to a player those changes will be reflected automatically anywhere you have placed the code.

Where do I host my videos?

We host your videos for you.

In some cases you may want to host your videos, and that is cool with us.

What are the dimensions of the players?

The standard player console is 700 x 452 pixels. The video screen is 512 x 288 pixels.

The miniplayer console is 300 X 297 pixels. The video screen is 300 x 288 pixels.

What video formats does your player play?

The Watchnbuy Video Player only plays Flash (FLV) video format.

Can the player be customized for my site?

Yes. You can change many of the features on the standard player including the color scheme and branding. The miniplayer comes as is.

Will your player tie in to my e-commerce system?

The player will link to any page on your website or any other link you provide. Your links can take users to product pages where a purchase can be made.

Do I have to share my revenues with you?

No, you don’t. The player is for you to utilize in any way you please and how you make money is your business.
